The Ijarah Model

What Is Ijarah (Islamic Leasing)?

Ijarah is a Sharia-compliant financing structure based on the concept of leasing. Instead of borrowing money at interest to buy a property, the lender purchases the property and leases it to you for an agreed period.

Throughout the lease, your regular payments include both rent and a gradual transfer of ownership. There is no interest charged at any stage. The arrangement is transparent, ethical, and fully aligned with Islamic principles.
